You can hear things very well, but the earpads could have more of a soft cushion. You can't wear thing for a long time.

We were looking at wireless headsets online and the reviews of most wireless headsets were not inspiring, Many people reviewing them report problems with communication, or an expensive wireless headset dying after a couple of months. We went into the Best Buy store to pick up an internet order (on an item purchased from Best Buy cheaper than on that big website which starts with an A) and decided to look at the headsets in stock, not intending to buy anything, This wired headset was under $10 and we decided to try it. After using it with Dialpad in our office we were very impressed with the quality for the price, and bought 2 more. I definitely recommend this product, everyone should pick one up as a backup to a wired headset for the low price and good sound quality.

This headset is great when you want to remain in touch with the outside world while listening to either music or a lecture on your computer. It provides a good sound even though you hear out of just one ear. The tension on the head band is very snug and it won't slide down your head easily. It is a very stylish headset and the price is super reasonable.

Works just like it's supposed to. Sounds is good. Left side could be made more comfortable but it's fine.

This product works extremely well and is at a great price. However, they are a little uncomfortable to wear at times.

When it works, the sound is great. But I only bought this about a month ago and it started giving me problems from day 1. The audio to my mic frequently goes in and out to the point that it’s disruptive in meetings and my coworkers can’t hear me. It’ll start working again generally, but there’s no rhyme or reason to when it stops working again. I didn’t expect it to be anything fancy for the price, but I did expect it to work. It’s not all that comfortable, but I appreciate the one-ear setup and would be happy if it the audio worked without a hitch. For anyone looking at getting a one-ear headset, I’d skip the trouble and spend a little more to get something that works more consistently.

Works fine but had band fits funny. Could just be my fat head. Sound quality is fine. Good deal for the price.

The audio quality of this headset isn’t great but definitely more than enough for basic use, and the mic is good enough for zoom meetings and such, one thing to note is that the audio and mic splitter that came with the headset did break fairly quickly, but I had another one on hand so I was fine, but if it hadn’t broke I would’ve given it 5 stars

A microphone headset that's designed in basic functionality, sound quality is at an acceptable standard for the BestBuy brand and price. The drawback to the product is the uncomfortable head grip, that produces a pressure headache when worn for a period of 20 minutes or more. But all in all....it is what it is, a basic functions microphone headset offered by BestBuy as an affordable alternative to the major audio/microphone headset manufacturers of the industry.

Comfortable easy to use and light weight. The sound quality is good and the mic works well

This headset does it's job, it's also cheap you can feel it as soon as you pick it up. It's not for a larger head size either, however if you are on a budget it gets the job done. I use this with my laptop, it's simple and easy to use- a little tight and not premium sound quality (mic or headphone) but worth the price.

Decent head set for the sale price I picked it up for. Use it with Skype for Business for my tech support job. Like having only one ear piece so that I can hear other stuff going on better while working. No problems hearing other people speak as well as they hear me fine as well. Has a decent cord length too.

Really simple headphones that helped a lot with online teaching. Other microphones and headphones weren’t working with my computer but this was a really simple all in one solution. It also lets me hear what’s going on in my house while on the computer which is good when you have children.

Purchased these while working from home. Works well for video calls: clear audio from headphones and microphone. Also really like the ability to adjust the volume without having to change the system volume.

I bought this pair after my wife did not like the comfort and sound level of the brand name headset I got for her. She is on calls for hours as part of her job and these have been comfortable with good sound volume/clarity.

With everyone quarantined, they're a lot more video meetings and video calls now, if you need good headset this will do the trick

Average comfort, adjustable head clasp and microphone. Very adequate for the price, buy a few when on sale. Thin wire, cat loved it. Wireless is probably best convenience for constant users, yet I am hesitant to spend $50+ until I use voice rec more frequently.
