I also did not like how the headband felt. I would rather have headphones that cover both ears. The return at Best Buy was quick and easy.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i plug into my computer dell optiplex 745 OS is windows 10 , my comp recognizes it as a speaker and not a mic...I use the Y shape adapter and plug the pink into the M IC input and greeen iinto the Speaker output .......but i unplugged the speaker output . I also plug the headphone into the front where are two inputs one for a mic and speaker and go to the bottom right "sound settings" etcc and this headset just does not want to act right.....

Picks up TOO MUCH background noise

I am legally blind and tried a blue tooth set, but it was too difficult to operate. This headser is easy to use and much less in price. I love it.
