The minute that I bought this, I tried it out. I have to use my phone to make calls out to clients. This was difficult for a person to hear me. It cannot be used outside nor around people. If I were in a quiet place inside, it would have been fine, but that did not serve my needs for getting this. I returned it without any issues from Best Buy. If anything, I will give more stores to the store than the product itself.

It is quit hard to hear out of the ear piece it self. Everyone sounds super low even with the sound turned up. So unless you are in a quite area it is difficult to hear

I can hear fine. Others say the fidelity of the microphone is poor and I was required to get a different headset.

Perfect to control background sounds during Zoom calls. It's great for keeping meetings "private" from the rest of the household while working from home.

This was the only headset under $20. All the others were 3 times or more higher. You need more selection in a reasonable price range.

This is as basic as it gets. Not real good sound quality or comfortable but they get the job done at a cheap price

Working from home I like to keep moving when I am talking with clients. This allows me to get things done with out being glued to the receiver or yelling into the speaker.

This product is okay for the price. It has mic issues where others cannot hear you so good.

Headset doesn't feel comfortable and wire was a little short. My webcam already had a microphone so this ended up being useless for me.

I use the Insignia Analog Mono Headset with my phone. I feel that it is better than trying to angle my phone and gives me hands-free calling.

Needed a split cable for other headphones and it was cheaper to buy this than just the cable alone and got a back up/travel headset too

It is a good product and I do not believe how effective this was since I thought it was extremely cheap but actually work for real

I don't have anything to compare it to - seems to work.... The plastic is the crappy inflexible kind so in a way it's very fragile.

A good head set that works better than expected. I bought this for working from home and was pleasantly surprised on how well it works.

Fits well on face. I use it for meetings and conferences.

i love the audio quality but it stopped working for no reason, had to exchange in store but not available for exchange in store, must order online

Very uncomfortable and small. Mic doesn’t have enough reach to get near mouth and the mic gain is so soft.

Works great making calls from my laptop. Much more reliable than using USB connected headsets. I prefer the single ear because I can still hear what is going on around me.
