    I have a pretty big head, 7 3/8 hat size. This headset is unbearably uncomfortable on my melon. would probably fit a young child ok

    I thought this would be something great, since the reviews seemed to be so positive. I'm a firm believer that you don't necessarily have to spend a lot to get something that's good or great, so I was not put off by the low price. Well, this turned out to be a piece of junk. I could hardly hear the person on the other side. Also, the band around the top of the head seemed quite tight, but perhaps that could've been adjusted OR would loosen up over time. It was uncomfortable to wear.

    "You get what you pay for" is the saying, but I at least thought we would get at least 6 months out of these. We unboxed and setup his new school station the week before online learning. Boxing was thrown away as we thought everything would work so we can't return. Mistake. The first time he tried to use, they don't work. Invest a few more dollars for a better quality one.

    I bought these to take calls when I work from home but the sound quality was terrible. Not lying, it sounds like a really bad drive through speaker box. I kept asking people to repeat themselves over and over. Finally I just had to unplug them and scream through my laptop mic and deal with the echos. Not worth it all. They will definitely be returned.

    Experimented with the Headset for a week working in a call-center for about a month. Difficult to locate channel that’s the clearest and the connection was staticky and had an echo on all channels. It was impossible to have a conversation with callers, both incoming and outgoing. Might be sufficient for leisurely use but wouldn’t recommend wasting money or time on this products.

    My son says it sucks

    My son games a lot on xbox one. I previously purchased an expensive headset and failed to get a protection plan and he broke it in a fury due to losing a game. As punishment I purchased this cheap headset and it lasted about 2 months before it no longer transmitted anything he said. I'm sure he's learned his lesson now hence why we've purchased another BETTER brand WITH the protection plan.
