Returned the headset 2 days after purchasing it's been 12 days and still no refund. Every headset I've purchased from this company so far I've had to return. I won't be wasting anymore of my money on this company and I'm completely surprised that Best Buy sells such low quality, unreliable items.

After that it really only worked when I thumped it with my finger. No one could hear me. I tried two of them. I bought a different brand that worked right out of the box
