I purchased refurbished and now I understand why. Someone kept the converter and returned the rest. This does not suit my needs. At all. I wish i would have purchased new.

However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. Only the head set didn't work so we returned it.

Read the description over and over and over again never said the headset was for use with computer only. Now I have to waste my time returning it, since I don't need it for any of my computers.

Finally bought a wired headset to make calls that eliminates charging and loss. Instead the locking system failed and broke, the cord gets wrapped up on objects.

We used it to train the computer for voice to text and it never would pick up voice quality enough to make the system works. Tried it a number of times and it just never worked.

The headset broke into 3 pieces on initial use and was very poorly made. Unfortunately, this is not a product that we can recommend.
