    It was confusing to us the HDMI and analog. The agents explained and told us what to purchase and then did a hook up.

    Wrong product was recommended for our television needs both on chat and upon returning it to our local store for something different. We did finally get a more appropriate one, however, it did not function and was consequentially returned also. Again, our blame is still on Zito. We ended up getting a functional converter from Walmart.
