Straight forward device. Easy to use, plug and play

This takes the digital audio out from the tv and puts it into a stereo amp that has no digital inputs-- only left/right RCA plugs. Perfect !

Worked perfectly as expected on my stereo. Ended up changing my setup and giving this to my dad as I no longer needed it and he was going to buy one but he could not get it to work on his system. I have no idea what the difference was so be forewarned that it may not work for you

I bought a new TV but still had a old receiver without HDMI I couldn't get good sound on the internet but this did the job .

This d/a converter works great for connecting optical audio to an existing Rca audio input system.

Needed a way to bring an older surround sound system to work with new tv that didn’t have the connection I needed.

If you have a older tv without optical this works excellent.

I normally don't like leaving negative feedback, but I bought this as Open Box item in the AM but had to return it as it simply didn't work. I then purchased it again, later the same day but took a new item this time. That one didn't work either. This particular item must be junk because many of the stores around me have an Open Box unit in stock, wonder why? Anyway, I needed to convert my TV's Toslink output to an analog audio output, unfortunately, this was all I could find that day I can drive and get. I you feel comfortable buying it, I would strongly suggest that you take a Blu-ray or DVD disc, either a Toslink or Coax cable, along with a portable speaker with appropriate cable so you can try the unit in the store before you take it home.

Used with cable to adapt headphones to new TV. Needed a call to TV manufacturers' help line to adjust TV settings but worth the effort

Not certain buying the more expensive one was really necessary, but it works well.

My boyfriend needed this because the tv’s arn’t smart enough yet to allow 2 blue tooth headphones to work on 1 tv.
