    Usually works fine. It periodically just stops working. I have to disconnect the power, reconnect the power, and turn it back on and it works fine until the next time. It usually occurs every 3-4 weeks.

    The Insignia™ - Optical/Coaxial Digital-to-Analog Converter - Black that I bought was not compatible with the headset that I have. Disappointed but I would have kept it if it would have worked.

    We had to return this converter. It was not what we required to complete Our video theater set up competition. Nothing was wrong or defective with this product.

    We bought a smart tv and needed a device to connect our existing surround sound. First device defective right from the package. Next 2 worked a short time but kept dieing yet best buy staff still said this was the correct device. This device did not allow us to use our Bose sound system and smart features at the sasme time. Bought a 4th one but my husband finally found another device elsewhere and after a year, we have a working system.

    Real glad I found this device, I needed it to connect my tv to my sound system receiver, sadly it makes some noises when used with different features of the TV
