Customers are saying
Customers appreciate the Optical/Coaxial Digital-to-Analog Audio Converter for its great sound quality and ease of use. Many find it compatible with their existing setups, especially when HDMI is not an option, and consider it a good value for the price. Does the task
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does the task but when you shut off your tv for the night when turning it back on the next day you'll have to unplug the converter from the power source and plug it back in to get it going again, everytime you shut down your set up you will need to do this in order to get audio again

Check your TV for PCM forcing before buying!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My LG TV does not have an option to force the digital output to be PCM only and this box can NOT handle Dolby or DTS correctly. (This is printed on the device but not seen in the Specifications.) This meant that over-the-air PBS which uses Dolby just results in spits and static audio. It will work for watching Netflix via Roku as the Roku itself can be forced to be PCM only and the TV passes that thru.
