I got a new LG 4K and my sound system is outdated and this device allowed me to connect both equipments by simply converting the connectors. Price is not bad either.

I used this converter to allow my 20- year old Denon receiver to process the optical sound output from a newer TV for surround sound. A better choice for me than purchasing a new receiver. Works great.

Using it for a sound system that need to be converted . I need to just update my sound system, but it works great and this made things work smoothly with the new tv.

Had to buy this converter because my tv does not have bluetooth so I have to connect my sound device through optical. Great device and clear clean sound from it too.

After taking some pictures of my speaker, the Best Buy associate led me to the correct components. I even chose to save some coin and bought an "open box" item. Everything has been working great!

This item is for those wanting to connect their tv to a stereo receiver and speakers. It works great and is easy to install. Now I can watch my shows and movies and listen to them without buying a soundbar.

Worked great for my xbox one x to my old Analog speakers. I used this from my xbox to the box then to my receiver with left and right.

Connect this between your new TV and old sound equipment for prefect sound. Once I figured out that I needed to remove the rubber caps from my new optical cable it was smooth sailing and a great purchase.

New LG Big Screen TV had no audio analog output only optical. Optical/Coaxial Digital-to Analog Convertor was simple to hook up. Worked as advertised.

Purchased a new 55" Sony Bravia TV to upgrade from a smaller Sony specifically stating we wanted to be able to use headphones as we did with our older TV. The new one has a jack for headphones, but when plugged in there is no sound from the TV. We wanted both to be heard. We asked a couple of salespeople in the store and no one had any helpful information until we met Brad W., who hooked us up with the right equipment to enable the tv and headphones to work the way we had used them with our other tv. He listened to us and solved our problem. THANK YOU AGAIN, BRAD W!!! Number 1 in our book. He took the time to listen and consider all options until finding a solution. By the way, we really like the TV. It has a great picture.

I was looking to find an easy way to connect my TV Headphones to my smart TV using the TV Optical output to my RCA phone jacks. This unit does the job as needed.

Product is good quality. Unfortunately did not do what I needed it to do. Not a problem of product but, my system would not let me do what I needed.

Bought this because my yv did not have the correct hook up for my roku streambar it converted it now works great
