    Works fine. I had to buy this in order to convert HDMI out of my new Samsung 4K TV to old school stereo right & left signals. I run a vintage 2 channel audio system. New TVs apparently no longer offer standard audio out signals. However, the provided HDMI outputs are the standard for today's home theater surround sound systems, just not the simple 2 channel stereo format.

    We didn't anticipate the lack of outlets for peripherals on our new TV. This tiny inexpensive little box cured everything. Super easy installation and we are back to all the add-ons we had previously. Thank you Best Buy!
