    I used this on my Turtle Beach headset that only has 1/8" analog input and my XBOX One only had optic/HDMI output. I was able to convert digital audio from the Xbox One to converter (Optic cable), then to Turtle Beach receiver (Male RCA to 1/8" Plug cable).

    I needed this convertor after changing to new 4K tv to connect Sony wireless headphones. Simple splitter for new Optical Coax to RCA connections. Note this does require it's own 110 power source (power cable included).

    Just what was needed. I could not access the analog audio jack on the tv due to the position of the wall bracket. The optical output was readily accessible.

    Converter works well in converting digital audio from my TV to my analogue wireless headphones. Would have been 5 star but instructions failed to say I had to switch my TV from Dolby to PCM.

    My husband and son worked for hours trying to connect the TV to a head set to no avail. Finally we went to BestBuy and the LG guy told us to get a Optical/Coax Digital-to Analog converter and now our headset works great. Thanks Best Buy

    glad to find theres a way to hook up speakers to my TV when not everything works just right. Only downside is this requires a spit to be plugged in luckily there were other outlets close by

    We have an old Bose speaker system that we use for our surround sound so this product was needed to transfer the Blu-ray DVD sound to this system. Product works as expected and we now have sound through the Bose system.

    I upgraded my TV the old one had video jacks The new one does not so all you have to do is attach optical cable From TV to Adapter And the AV cable from adapter to chair works perfectly

    This product is the best solution for connecting my new tv to older receiver. I occasionally have to unplug the power source and plug it back in when I lose sound. Still better than tinny tv speakers.
