The item is exactly what I wanted, and, so far, it has worked fine. It allows me to watch the contents of my thumb-drive on my Android phone, transfer data, etc. Very easily. Affordably priced, too.

I bought this so I could use flash drives and other plug and play storage options to move pictures, music, and videos to and from my phone, while on the go. It's quick and compact and fits virtually anywhere.

Not much to say other than it works exactly as it was intended to. Easy connection and no glitches with information pass through. Snug fit so no need to worry about it separating from your devices.

Nice cheap OTG adapter. Samsung equivalent is smaller but expensive. I had no problems connecting it to my Android device to plug in a external drive or keyboard and mouse device.

it works well, cannot connect my older tablet to a terabyte but the newer tablets do connect to it, wish it would be a bit longer, otherwise still great

I use it to plug my usb sticks to my tablet to quickly and easily view and rapidly scroll through my security camera videos. The security camera system is located at a remote location, no internet connection, so I have to download the videos to a usb stick which I can now view directly off the usb stick at my convenience vice having to transfer the video to the tablet which is slow and inconvenient. Then I only save the video clips that have information I want to save. For just a few bucks, this is totally worth it - easy to use and very convenient.

Used this with my Samsung Galaxy Note tablet to get data from a flash drive and it worked like it was supposed to work. It was easy to transfer data.

This is a great little adapter for transferring pictures or other media from an Android to a USB. Inexpensive and compact.

This cable was used to connect my USB thumb drive to my tablet. I now am able to transfer files as needed. Works like a charm.

I am amazed how well this works with my LG V20! I am now able to connect a mouse and other items. Also very reasonable in price.

Hi, Everybody: This is a truly wonderful adapter if your product has OTG/USB Host capability, and you need to check and find out for sure if it really does before your making the purchase. I have the Samsung Galaxy Tab S, and I have been able to directly connect up my Olympus TG-830 camera and import photos and videos. I next learned to change the settings on the camera to be able to use the adapter to move files TO AND FROM the SD card that is inside the camera. This is important, because the camera uses a full-size and not a micro SD card, which would never fit into the tablet, and I didn't want to buy a micro SD card with an adapter. I also hooked up another tablet that does not have OTG/USB Host capability to the Tab S, and I could import photos and videos. Next, I turned off USB Debugging on that other tablet, and was able to work with whatever settings were necessary to be able to move files to and from this other tablet, meaning both its internal storage and external SD card. Therefore, in this case I could transfer to and from internal and external sources in both directions (four sources in all) when operating from the Tab S. Obviously, this adapter has many other potential uses, yet I am quite thrilled with what I have already been able to accomplish. Please be careful to note that this fits micro USB ports on the small end, and NOT the new USB C ones. For that you need a different adapter. Have Fun, John

My Sony phone's screen cracked when it fell and I lost functionality when that happened. So being that I couldn't navigate the phone to get all of my data off of it I found a hack on youtube where you could use a USB mouse to scroll through the phone's menu but I needed a Micro USB-to-USB Type-A Adapter Cable to make it work. It worked like a charm and I highly recommend everyone own one of these as $7 can save you hundreds if you should drop your phone and the touch functions stop working.

I got this so I could interface the tone room app on my new tablet with my new guitar amplifier. I already had a USB to mini B connector I was using with my laptop and needed this to convert the standard USB to micro C for the Tablet. It works just fine. I like the way it has a very durable rubber coating for the short cable and connectors very well made and much less expensive than other adapters. I have also used it to transfer files from my USB drive to the Tablet.

I didn't even know something like this even existed, until my Galaxy S6 screen stopped responding to touch. The phone was used for business so it was financially important that I be able to access my phone in the interim of replacing it. I searched online for a temporary solution and it was suggested to use a usb mouse via an OTG cable? What?!? So I looked to Best Buy and once again they came through with this very inexpensive solution to my problem. THANKS A BUNCH BEST BUY.

Use this to record voiceovers on my phone. Works wonders! Connected my Focusrite 2i2 digital interface and downloaded the USB Recorder for Android and haven't had any issues. I use it now to record at home and on the road when I travel. Very quiet and low noise floor. Highly Recommend for those who want to make their home studio and travel studio interchangable.

Plug it into a micro usb port and you have unlimited options for access to that device. No drivers needed.
