    I purchased these headphones for my mother to watch television. She's nearly deaf and was blasting the rest of us out of the room. I could be two rooms away and still hear the television like I was sitting in front of it. Since I purchased these headphones, the rest of us can enjoy television programs along with her.

    This works fine for what it is but if I had done some research I would have just bought the black web set that Bluetooth to any of your devices speakers headsets etc

    They have a passthrough built into them, so you can run your sound from your TV setup to your headphones' base unit, then to your surround sound speakers. You can use it to watch TV silently, or to allow someone who is hard of hearing to watch with you at their own needed volume. We do this for my 86 year old dad and he loves it!

    THIS WERE REALLY HANDY AT THE HOTEL IN VEGAS, WORKED GREAT. i AM HAVING SOME ISSUES AT HOME MAY BE DUE WITH THE INTERFERENCE WITH ALL MY OTHER WIRELESS STUFF.
