Good Bang for Buck

With the official Microsoft one being relatively expensive this is a good option to soften the blow to have the ability to not be dependent on AA batteries. Also as it is out of sight you don't even notice the difference between it and the official Microsoft one.

Its cheaper than oem

Solid rechargable replacement battery

I can't say how long it lasts because I plug my controller in to charge after I finish and it never ran out of power even after a 10+ hour binge session.
