Not fantastic, but it will get the job done. my main issue with it is that it runs out of battery relatively quickly. It does charge quickly as well, but you have to leave it in the controller to charge it. If you could charge it separately, I would just buy 2 and have no problems with it whatsoever.

The cable is pretty long and the pack fits right into the controller. It would be nice if it worked with some of the other xbox accessories, but for the price point its still good.
