I hooked this up to the school alto speakers and Wow! They had great sound! The Bluetooth signal with my iPhone was strong the length of the room (about 70 feet away) - combine aud & cafeteria.
If you step into & down the hallway signal diminish of course/ cinder block.
Cheap investment for great sound & flexibility.

Good sound quality. Great bluetooth range connection. You can receive phone calls, the adapter has a microphone. There is static when charging while using the bluetooth receiver.... worth its price.

Bought this because my 2008 infiniti m35 that does not have bluetooth for music but it does have bluetooth for calls. This saved me alot of money and it works great. Audio quality is great and connects automatically. Highly recommend as a bluetooth system for cars that have an audio Jack or auxiliary rca input.

Insignia, a brand known for lower prices products, offers this Bluetooth Audio Receiver at a fantastic price.
It's sound quality cannot be denied. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Keep in mind you will not be able to use it for calls, but for music, it does its job.

My wife's car doesn't have an auxiliary input for audio. So we have a cassette adapter. When I got her a mophie juicepack air for her iphone and there's not a lightning port on the case for the aux audio cord adapter, I got this for her. Now she can just bluetooth her tunes to the old car stereo. Works well.

Everything I wanted

I went in knowing this was what I wanted, but not knowing if it actually existed, so naturally I was excited. My car has a headphone jack, but every male-male cable I tried produced way too much static (which probably means my phone has a bad jack), but this handy device bypasses that nicely with its crisp sound quality.

Bought this as we have a Pioneer AVH3100 DVD stereo player without bluetooth capabilities. Able to use hands free calling, play music and listen to maps. Easy to pair with the phone.

This does what it's supposed to do. I use it on an old radio in the garage that I have hooked to some outdoor speakers. This let's me bring my phone around with me to stream music while in the yard. The range is passable, probably 25-30 feet. But that is more of a bluetooth limit than this device.

Main dislike is that this device must be charged prior to use. I never remember to charge it. Wanted for car but just ended up plugging into headphone jack directly.

Easy to use. 2 issues though. 1) there is an echo for the person on the other end and you have to talk loudly for them to hear you. 2) I have to turn up the volume a lot just to hear the other person speak.

Works great but the Velcro sticks harder than the sticky side to mount it, so you end up ripping off the whole thing instead of separating the Velcro. Other than that, great product, simple to use

I bought this bluetooth device for a family member and hooked it up to the car with ease. The device works ok, it's not great to listen to but for the price, you can't beat it!

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because sometimes people have trouble hearing me when I use the Bluetooth to answer calls. Overall it’s a great product! Music plays clear!

Very good battery life. Decent audio quality. Connects with no issues. Would benefit from a good design if the buttons were raised or lowered to operate without looking, especially while driving.

The sound quality is pretty decent. The only thing I would say about it, is that I wish it would hold the charge a little longer than it does.

I used this and, for other reasons, got an A/V receiver with bluetooth. But it worked exactly as I hoped, and it is being redeployed to an older vehicle without the capability to link to a phone via bluetooth for streaming of content through the auto sound system.

I’ve had some Klipsch speakers for years that I wasn’t really able to use very effectively. They only have an aux cord so I couldn’t plug them into my phone. This receiver has made them worth using again. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

The audio quality is much better that similar devices that use FM radio however, when making calls sometimes it's hard for the other person to hear you. Can't beat it for the price though.

Perfect way to add music

This is a perfect way to add music to a vehicle that has an AUX jack but no Bluetooth. It works wonderfully, it doesn't get any interference from your motor/alternator like some will. Doesn't lose it's connection randomly like others. I would definitely buy this again if I needed too!
