This little machine was awesome! Made ice very quickly

It works very well. Clear Ice seams to last longer.

I love my ice maker. The ice is thick enough that it doesn’t melt right away.

Makes ice surprisingly fast. Little bit loud, and puts out more heat than i expected, but it's been a game changer for hosting BBQs and small gatherings. Looking forward to being able to fill up coolers for park and beach trips and not having to buy bags of ice. Makes about 20 or so cubes every 10-12 minutes.

This ice machine doesn't job and my family uses it all the time. The only thing is, the ice sticks together so you kinda have to separate them with the scoop. Other then that, it great

My ice maker was working perfectly before my husband started using it. Now there’s a dirty ice shovel in there all the time and I rarely use it. When I have time to clean it it works perfectly. I also love the texture of the ice it creates.

Great when it worked. It lasted about three months then wouldn’t turn on. Returned to Best Buy. The manual plug came apart at about two months but I came up with a workaround.

This is a great ice maker. Love the clear ice and that I can change the thickness of the ice if I want or need to. Once the bin is full, i just transfer to my freezer and I have ice without having to drive to purchase ice. Would definitely buy again.

Only proble is ice comes out in total sheet you have to bust apart I found slaming into a cutting board works well and is very close to ice maker to slide right back in.

The ice made from this machine was good. However, the machine stopped making ice too days after delivery. I had to return it.

This unit works but the ice produced is not entirely "clear" It also tends to produce ice in blocks that have to be broken up. Definitely not as nice as the built in unit we were trying to replace.

I can't believe you cannot turn this machine off unless you unplug it. Our electric outlet is not easy to reach & the plug is flat and difficult to remove from the outlet. I need a machine that can be turned off at the front control panel. Unfortunately, the on-off button on this model ONLY begins or ends the ice making function - that's it. When water is low, the machine stops making ice but the blue 'add water' light and the blue 'begin making ice' light annoyingly continues rotating - non-stop - until you add water & push the on-off button and begin making ice again. Next, the ice is not clear-even using filtered water. The 1st 3 batches of 'throw away' ice was made with tap water and ice was semi-clear. Then we used filtered water and ice was not clear at all. Next, the ice is expelled in sheets and does not break up into ice cubes which you have to do manually. The ice sheet would not break up when I tried using my hands and I’m reasonably strong. I had to put the ice sheets in a heavy baggie and slam it against a brick wall-several times to completely break it into ice cubes. You could perhaps use a hammer or an old-fashion ice pick. Finally, the drain plug is difficult to use. A simple screw cap would be better. Worse, you have to tip the entire machine forward in order to actually get all the water to drain out. Even when pulled to the edge of the countertop, the back of the unit could not be tilted because our upper cabinets prevented it. So I had to pull the heavy unit forward about halfway off the countertop in order to tilt it and drain all the water - while trying to balance it & prevent the machine from falling to the floor. All in all this machine is very poorly designed. It was returned.

Makes ice, but the cubes stick together in blocks. If left in maker, they melt. If placed in freezer, you end up with a large ball of cubes frozen together.

Makes ice fast but in a sheet that you have to break up yourself which is annoying. Good otherwise.

Good product, takes a while to get an ice batch, but once you get used to it, you will be pleased with the ice machine. Great quality.

I love that it gives me a full ice bin throughout the day. The one thing im not a fan of is that i have to manually break the ice after it gets made and drops.
