||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.another example of the manufacturer cutting corners, however minute, to save cost. my 2nd purchase of case in less then a yr. 1st case had a step & a netting in the inside to hold in place the hd & its cord, this piece doesnt have the strap. about a penny on cost? so the hd's power cord is not secured when one opens the case. not a happy camper! one cant even open the product before purchase to find this out. best buy had no other options for an hd case. look else where for a more customer conscience product. best buy merchandise buyers should also be more customer conscience when selecting the products to offer.

Considering it has one job - transferring files, it was way too difficult. Once set up, yes it works, but I'm sure there are better ones out there. It was of average price. I would have taken it back because of the annoyance alone, but we managed to make it work.
