Makes ice fast and we like the shape of the ice it makes. If I had 1 con it would be there could be a little insulation in the lid. Maybe double walled.

My fridge does not make enough ice and I have an outdoor inground pool will be awesome to use this summer as long run out of.

The first one stopped working after 2 days of use. It must of been a dud because the 2nd one I have not had any problems with. Definitely purchase the extra warranty for this, other then that the ice comes out cold!

The shape of the ice is perfect for fitting in the aluminum water bottles. The ice is soft and is perfect for drinks. It makes ice so fast and within an hour the basket is filled up.

The problem is,when the machine is full,a piece of ice usually gets stuck and until this piece melts,the machine will not make ice. When i come home,it is half full, I remove the piece of ice that is stuck,and it immediately starts making ice again. OTher than this desig flaw it is a great little machine
