That was one of the items I bought from Best Buy.

Large is small, melts fast

The machine is very easy to use and makes ice quickly and relatively quietly. However, the "large" size bullets are very small. Since the ice is small and hallow, it melts very fast. (The attached photo shows how much large ice bullets melted in tap water in about a minute.) Ice comes out wet and the machine doesn't keep it frozen, so when ice drops it's already starting to melt. Even if the ice gets put into a bin or bag in the freezer after each drop, the ice freezes together in a clump and requires an ice pick or other instrument to break it up. Very disappointed.

Cute and portable but not a workhorse

The challenge is that the device doesn’t stay cold enough to just leave the ice cubes in there. They melt. Plus it’s too loud to run all the time. On the plus side, it’s perfect for a small cocktail party or a night where you want 10 ice cubes every 10 minutes or so. I tend to run it about once a week to get enough ice for the week. I store the frozen cubes in the regular freezer.
