I had this unit since june 2021 and it hasn't failed me. I been using it almost everday. I have alot of family members making ice on this ice maker and its been working as good as the first day it was delivered.

This is a great little machine, makes ice pretty fast, no issues so far.

wife & I both love this. Easy to use and the perfect size little oce cubes that are soft.

Does it make ice? Yes, in fact its pretty fast at making the ice and it is relatively easy to set up. However, every single week the ice starts to taste really bad, forcing me to clean out the ice maker. Wouldn't be a problem except the ice maker is too big for my kitchen sink.... They should add a water filter or something so that I do not have to haul this thing into my bath tub every week just to clean it out. Otherwise it is great at making ice. I just have to taste the ice everytime I use it to make sure its not bad ice.

This ice machine has been a godsend! When I started working from home, the one thing I truly missed was the company ice machine. This gives fresh, clean ice with no freezer taste! Highly recommend!

I bought this because a friend recommended it. Overall, I’ve enjoyed this ice maker. It’s fast in making ice and the ice is so crunchy. My only complaint is that the ice seems to melt terribly fast when it hits liquid. I’m not sure why , but it’s still good ice !

It’s good to buy this mini ice maker. I have a fresh ice to use every day instead of use ice in freezer with a lot of raw food. I work well until now after 3 months non-stop run. I like this ice maker.

The ice machine presents a consistent issue by freezing up after producing just half the expected ice. This not only requires a regular reboot by turning it off and on but also results in only 10 cute ice cubes, as visible in the accompanying picture. The inconvenience of both scenarios is quite notable, and it's making me seriously contemplate a return due to the ongoing hassle. Just keeping it completely honest.

So my samsung fridge ice maker broke and had it fixed three times unfortunately warranty no longer wanted to fix it(not from best buy) so they just sent me a check for the remain price of the fridge which was less than half of what it cost so instead getting a new fridge decided to go with this and it's awesome makes lots of ice in cool bullet shapes great for parties and less then a new fridge.

Me and my wife instantly started saving money and drinking a lot more water. No more half empty water bottles around the house just fill my standley up and im great for hours the ice is nice and the best to chew on

Neighbor has one & uses all the time so we decided to purchase. Love it...so easy to use. Took it with us to my mother-in-law ‘s house (where we always have to buy ice)...did not have to buy any that week. My brother-in-law liked it so much, he ordered 3: 1 for himself and 1 for each of his sons. And we just bought another one as a birthday gift for our son-in-law for his new man cave.

I didn’t really use ice until I bought this for my son. Make ice fast. Love the option to have small cubes or large. It a little loud when making ice not loud enough to not want to purchase. I don’t use tap water but bottle water. It make ice taste so much better.

I bought this almost 6 months ago. Works great, I use it everyday and it refills fairly quick. Only complaint is cleaning it, once a moth i flush it with vinagre and it’s a hassle but that’s just my way of cleaning. It does overheat once a week, I just shut it off while I’m at work and the fan goes back to normal. It’s small, great for small spaces.

Makes ice super fast! Very efficient! Good buy for sure!

I like it very much, however, I would have liked the lid on top to be better so that the ice stayed longer. I use it daily, it seems to be a good ice maker for someone who uses it for small volumes.

Faster than my old one, easier to clean and maintain.

It great, but from time to time it just stops working. So i have to turn off and back on. Other then that it perfect for everyday or every other day ice making. It makes a gallon ziplock bag of ice (large size ice) in about 30 minutes. Which takes about 1/3 of a gallon of water.

Used in our apartment as a way to have ice because the fridge ice maker doesn't work. Make ice pretty fast and holds enough for 2 people. Some of the "cubes" don't fully form is the only complaint.

I had NO idea this genius item existed until I moved into a new rental property that had a refrigerator with no ice maker. I dreaded the thought of having to buy a bag of ice every week! One day while shopping in Best Buy we ran across this baby and never looked back! I make several bags of ice each week so I never run out.
