It's easy to operate, the cubes are nice size when set on large. It creates ice much faster than our Frig does, and we can turn it on when we need to, and shut it off when we want to. We are glad we got it, because it makes ice much faster than our Regrigerator does!

While it doesn’t keep the i e cold like a freezer, once the ice melts some, it only takes a few minutes for new ice to be made. I don’t regret this purchase at all.

Ice cubes are quickly made and it's not too noisy (this is located in a kitchen). Our kids like the "self-serve" aspect of this. The scoop has no place to store it and has probably been lost.

We used to buy a bag of ice every 2 or 3 days and with this we fill up an ice bucket every 3 days it just saves so much money with how little water this uses and how much ice it can make. Plus the bullet ice on the small setting is about the same size as SONIC ice which the wife simply loves.

It would be nice if it had an app or some kind of timer system to turn it off or know when its full, but its a great deal for the price!

It more than keeps up with our house of 6. Easy to use, puts out good ice fast. Shipping was a day early, takes up little space. Really wondering why I waited so long to get it.
