Be sure to follow the instructions about cleaning so ice cubes don't taste nasty. We still use it even though the fridge ice maker is working again. Doing a little stock up for hurricane season. At first it seems like it takes forever to start getting cubes but if you leave it running while doing other things next thing you know you have quite a bit. Have only used it indoors in a non sunny place but instructions do talk about using it in warm sunny areas.

This sits nicely in my kitchen nook and looks good with my other stainless appliances. It's surprising how quickly it fills the basket with ice, just be sure to remove them as soon as possible as this is not a mini freezer.

Comes with a ice basket and little scooper. The only downfall is that the inside of the machine doesn’t stay super cold causing the ice to stick together due to the temperature. But hey…it’s works pretty good

I enjoy the option of two different sizes of ice. Its fast and definitely has been much better than the old fashion way of making ice. I do enjoy that if you accidentally forget about the ice, it just melts and goes back into the water compartment to be reused.

This little ice machine makes a few cups of ice every 5 to 10 minutes if you keep it full of water which is very helpful to keep their water and Gatorade cold at all times, and it comes with a little scooper so the ice is easy to get and stays cold
