I don't missing filling up the ice tray!

My biggest concern getting this was the lack of refridgeration, but once enough ice melts back into the reservoir, it gets back on and starts making ice again. This is so much more low maintenance than I could have hoped for!

Bought this to provide ice for a family member temporarily recovering from a medical procedure and this worked out for us both. I was worried about keeping her in ice and this unit does that perfectly. Also good for a chilled drink now and then.

Fast ice with a reasonable price tag

Ice is made quickly which is nice living in a 100+ degree area during summer. I am onto my third one as once it gets dirty, it is pretty much game over for the item. Getting the extended warranty is the way to go for it as bestbuy is very good about replacing products with their extended warranty policies.

Only drawback is that you have to use ice quick or store it in freezer right away because it starts to melt. That is why scoring 4 ☆on ease of use.

It works well the last one lasted 2 years. I use it a lot in my bar. I could spend more and probably get a more productive fancier machine. It works for me though. You get what you pay for and I’m ok with this.

Great for parties or when your refrigerator icemaker can't keep up with demand. As ice does not get used it melts off into the reservoir and it makes new ice. Indicates if the reservoir needs additional water as ice gets used. It stops making ice if the ice bin is full. It runs a wash cycle periodically to rinse out any ice left on the holders. You can choose between it making small and large ice. We have used it constantly for the last month with no issues.
