Great ice maker, makes ice quickly. Only drawback is that you have to use ice quick or store it in freezer right away because it starts to melt. That is why scoring 4 ☆on ease of use.

Makes great ice and pretty quickly. Not much noise at all and the right size. However, this is the 2nd time I'm requesting a new one because it just stopped working this 2nd time and the first time water leaked. I like it a lot so I go through it but if it happens again, I'll shop for another one. The exchange isn't bad either, it's a very organized process.

This is a good portable ice machine. Many reviews of these ice makers complain that the ice sticks together when put in the freezer for storage. Regardless of the machine you buy, they all do this. I store first in a gallon freezer bag, break up the ice with a rubber hammer, and then put in the freezer's ice storage bin. I make a week's worth at a time and the ice is great. Also, the ice will make faster if the water is chilled before placing in the machine. Good little ice maker.

I purchased this item for my daughter at Christmas. I had purchased the same one last Christmas for my younger daughter they are both happy with this product. You are able to have ice on hand and it takes only minutes to have ice when u add water

Blown away with this icemaker. I live in a condo that does not have a water line to my fridge so I have been buying bagged ice for about 3 years now. Finally broke down and bought this and I am impressed. Only thing I wish it had was a filter so it would filter tap water, luckily I have good tap water where I live though. Also, I've found that its best to let some of the ice batches fall in and chill the water in the reservoir. The ice comes out a lot bigger that way and keeps the inside cooler. 100% recommend this unit!

The icemaker on my 5 year old Samsung refrigerator has gone out, replaced twice over $500! Been buying bags of ice until local ice company jacked up the price. So I bought this unit. It will pay for itself soon! Great ice machine, sometimes hard to keep up with the output. Better than the piece of crap in the door unit in my refrigerator! Highly recommend, if it dies in 2 years I'll buy another one!

This countertop ice maker is great. It makes different size ice cubes. Works quickly and ut is quiet.

I love this ice maker! I use it about once every 2-3 weeks. I have it constantly making ice for a few hours to fill up a bin in my fridge. I just fill it up with water and it’s doing it’s thing in the background. It tells me when the little ice basket is full and needs to be emptied. I’d rather have this than be buying bags of ice! Once I’m done with it I put it away in my storage cabinets!

I purchased this ice maker as my freezer ice maker needed to be replaced. This did a good job of making ice quickly. I just didn't realize that the basket to hold the ice was very small, and I found the scoop not to be helpful when trying to get more than a few pieces of ice.

I like it a lot. It works well. The only thing that’s kind of annoying is that you can’t use it right away because you have to rinse it out first.

I love this ice maker easy to use and doesn't take long to make the ice, the down side is its kinda loud

Love it!!! Two different sizes of ice made in a short time. Compact. Doesn’t take up much room and it’s portable.

This was a first for us for such a product and so far it's delivered as advertised. Prob the best feature is the ability to remake the ice as it melts. Keep in mind, this makes ice, but NOT a freezer so it might be as cold as a fridge. Once ice is made, to keep it and make more, the ice is just put in ziplock bags and placed in the freezer area of a dorm fridge to make more:)
