This little machine is amazing. My wife needs ice packs to help with pain and portable ice maker fills the bill. It runs several hours a day pumping out ice to fill the ice packs, fill you glass or where ever you may need some ice. Its an absolute life saver.

Compared to my last ice machine this thing is awesome. BUT I still have constant issues with it. The hoses inside the machine keep disintegrating. We have ordered new hoses and replaced them but it’s a pain to keep having to do. Also, the machine will say the tray is “full” but it’s empty. I have to unplug it, wait and plug it back in for it to reset and start making ice. I have depended on this ice machine for my kids sporting events and needing ice for the mornings and have been let down sooo many times cause of the “full” malfunction. I also still haven’t been able to get the tray out from the inside to clean the dang thing. I’m a huge clean freak and the water buildup is driving me crazy. When it wants to work, this I’ve machine is really good and helpful during those really hot days when you constantly need a cold drink. It’s truly a love hate relationship.

My ice maker works great ,done with the ice cube trays or having to go buy bags of ice about time i make it to the house the bag is water and ice, no more thanks to my ice maker from best buy.

This is a great item to have at home. We've been buying ice weekly for several years. Finally decided to make our own ice. It makes ice quickly. Although the cubes are small and they can melt quickly in a beverage, it's much better than running out in the winter because we are out of ice!

I love the retro Mint color. Purchased as a gift for my grandfather so he could make ice since his fridge doesn't have an ice function and he was having trouble with ice trays. The fans and mechanisms are pretty quiet. The ice cubes are a perfect size. It makes batches of ice pretty fast. Only problem is that unused ice can melt in the tray and stick together after some time.

Product works as expected and is not too noisy to have in the kitchen. Great for backup when the ice maker in our fridge stopped working. The ice cubes are slightly wetter than desired when they are made, so they tend to stick to one another in our freezer unless I transfer them to a ziploc bag first, and let them freeze a little more while flat. We only use the "large" ice cube size - have found the small size is somewhat useless as it melts too fast.

Works great. Lasted me about a year. The ice shovel on the inside that drops the ice did end up breaking off. Still works, but the ice gets full and doesn’t drop like it should. Prob normal wear and tear. Other than that, affordable and did its job.

The Insignia tabletop icemaker worked as advertised. Easy to setup and use. It took about 1 1/2 hours to fill the basket with ice cubes the first time I used it, but I didn’t expect it to be fast. Cleanup is relatively easy, especially if you prop up the lid to allow airflow to dry out the inside area. This product is a great addition to our family room because it will minimize running back to the refrigerator freezer to get more ice cubes.

I have a fridge at home that doesn’t make ice and i needed to find a permanent solution besides ice trays. After doing some research, i took a chance in this little guy. I’m so impressed and I highly recommend 100%. You will start making ice in minutes! I hope this thing lasts for a couple of years!

This ice maker works great and is also fast. It makes two different sizes of ice cubes and is easy to use.

We got this ice maker because our new apartment fridge is just too tiny for ice trays. It does take up some counter space but it's worth it for the ice. I store my ice in a plastic bin. Usually i get a full bin within an hour if I don't forget to get up to empty the ice maker.

Wow. What a great product for the money. Ice production is great. Easy to fill with water and set up
