The only hiccup I noticed was with the Size function. For a while it gave me a mix of large and small cubes regardless of the size I selected. After starting back up (you have to give it 3minutes off after “add water”Light comes on) I got sad little transparent pellets that get better. Overall happy with my purchase. Would do it again. The “ice full” is annoying. It’s never full just stuck on top of each other.

The ice will not stay cold once it is made, need to use it or move it to freezer or cooler, typical for portable ice maker. I store the extra ice in freezer bag, it up a little after you first add to freezer and it will stay that way until you need it. I bought it when it was a Deal of the Day however about a month later it was a Deal of the Day again for much lower price and I found that frustrating. Outside of refund/price adjustment window because I don’t have a Plus membership.

The cubes it makes melt quickly, and you just never have much ice. I don't want to say it's not good because it did work fine, however it was not acceptable for my use. I would like a better ice maker that will make more ice and not allow the ice it makes to melt so quickly.

It’s chewy right out of the machine and freezes well. After buying this icemaker, I’m glad I didn’t buy the $500 one. This is all you need. This is in my office so when I go to work I can turn it on and have ice all day.

It works well the last one lasted 2 years. I use it a lot in my bar. I could spend more and probably get a more productive fancier machine. It works for me though. You get what you pay for and I’m ok with this.
