Didn't last 3 months, started leaking from the bottom. Cleaned it regularly using the clean cycle. Only used distilled water. Broke anyway. Took it back to BestBuy and they didn't even look at it and just gave me a refund with store credit. Just go to Amazon and save some money if you want one.

Ice scoop is too long for the tray. As others pointed out you will get water everywhere when you try to refill it. I think if they did not have the openings on the sides you could manage it a little better. The touch button is a poorly adhered sticker that was half off when opening it. And the biggest let down is how hard the ice is. I have had 'soft' ice nuggets...and these are rocks. Should last a little longer in the drink but not great to chew on.

Ice nuggets are smaller than the nuggets you would find in a fountain drink at a fast food place. We purchased in December 23 and this machine died at the end of March; barely 3 months after purchased. I did not purchase the extended warranty and it is no longer returnable. Don't buy this dog.

My only two complaints are its messy the tray almost allways has drips ow water on it from just opening the drawer. And my other complaint i wish i could hook it up to water and not have to fill it all the time.

It spit out chunks of plastic into the ice bin. The second one I received made the same noises the other one did and started to vibrate my entire coffee station in my home office. I would stay away from this particular device. I went with a GE Opal 2.0 instead and it is so much nicer.

Just stopped making ice
