It’s good for what it is but it starts to make weird noises after a little while and it doesn’t auto shut off until the bakery is over flooding with ice

Machine is loud and door leaks when pulling out. Had to keep drying up counter space. Not worth the price.

Love this one! Had the previous model and it's basically the same except the handle on the door is a bit different. Previous model stopped making ice after a few months of use. Fingers crossed this one does better!

Really great machine, it’s quite not too noisy. Not the ice I wanted but it’s still works if you like royal farms ice.

I havent had it very long but it works great so far! I loved my previous insignia ice maker (which is still working after all these years) and I moved the smaller one to my vacation home. Generic for the win!

This ice nugget maker works very well. Just make sure to run it at least an hour before your big event. Makes ice on its own and stops and starts when empty or full.

I would recommend this machine to all the ladies out there who are experiencing hot flashes. The ice from this machine is the best medication ever.

Don’t buy!!! It was good for two months, makes beautiful ice BUT “dirt” comes out of it, and two days in a row it leaked all over my counter and floor causing water damage to my flooring in the process of returning. I am bummed I went out on a cheap limb hoping it would be good. Not so much.

Unit make great ice and is relatively fast at filling up. Only wish it had side loaded water canister but works well as intended.

This is actually the worst designed ice maker. I went through two in just a few months. Thankfully Best Buy refunded or exchanged.... But this ice maker drips water all over from the ice bucket & the mechanical parts internally break easily.

So far so good, I just purchased a different brand it went out no more than 2 weeks of me having it. So I chose this brand and to purchase from Best Buy

Received it damaged and they would only discount it by 50 dollars so I returned it and got my money back

I got this for my wife on the Best Buy Deal of the Day and she really likes it along with the rest of my family. This was a great buy

Unfortunately the first one didn't make ice. So far the second is working.

Device began disintegrating from the inside out in 15 month And produces 70 db sound. Its loud

Needed an ice maker as our current one has a mind of its own and cant keep up like when Im in my 5.0.

Worked a little more than 2 weeks before it started pouring water out the back onto the floor. Returned to Best Buy and since it was just over the 2 week return policy they have I could only get a store credit. I did not want to replace the ice Machine with another one because the one that poured water out the back ruined my wood floors I’m kitchen. Best Buy’s return policy is horrible. I understand that if I was returning a product just because I didn’t want it anymore store credit might be reasonable but a faulty product that lasted a little more than 2 weeks and now I will have to buy something with the store credit I do not need or want.

I love chewing ice, its kinda a dream come true. If you love ice like i do its a no brainer

This is the second one we are returning. It makes very loud noises that cannot me normal. We have always used Insignia brand for most other items but will not try a third time for the nugget ice maker.

A lot easier than buying from the grocery stores and available when I need ice.
