I was so excited about it only had it for about one year if that, and started seeing particles, black particles in the machine and then black pieces in the bottom mixed with the ice large enough if you didn’t pay attention it could be dangerous.

It then started making only a handful of ice, would run forever and do nothing else until we powered it off. We went out of town, came home, tried to return it to Best Buy and were told "sorry, but you are 2 days past the 15 day return window. Try to schedule a repair." Yeah, I should have read the fine print for returns. But ONLY a 15 day window? Painful.

GARBAGE PRODUCT! OVER PRICED! BEST BUY HOUSE BRAND

Used on top of a kitchen counter. Well ventilated. Cleaned it as instructed in the manual. Leaks all over the counter and has a whining sound when ice deposits. Sounds like a failed motor in it somewhere. Constant leak from bottom of unit, drips water constantly. TERRIBLE BUILD QUALITY!!! couldn't even make it 6 months!!! Absolute ripoff.
