Awesome icemaker, makes super great nugget ice! The motor is just a little too loud.

Makes ice very quickly, self clean is easy and keeps my mind at ease that the unit is clean between uses. Only drawback is adding water from a gallon jug is weird. I wish it had a side or top loaded tank.

Made ice fast but was noisy after a few months and melted fast so you need to dump into freezer.

It is as advertised. I have had it for a around a month and it makes ice quickly. A little noisy but no worse than any other ice maker we have had. The water well is not removable so if you place it near a faucet with a extendable hose it is really easy to re-fill

Its is a fast ice maker and dies what it says and if you want a nugget ice machine it does the job. I had an Opal that quit working after 2 years and want to try something different. Pros: cost and efficent. Cons: if the ice sits it will freeze in a clump. The ice scooper is awkward.you have to take out the ice bin to add water.

Excellent ice maker. Easy to use and doesnt take up much space. The ice tray opens easily. The included ice scoop is a little flakey and I replaced mine on my first visit to the grocery store. Ive got zero complaints on this item, I love it. Much better than I was expecting for the price.

It makes some good ice, but it melts quickly and seems like it is always running. It puts out really warm exhaust, and it is really loud. For as much as this thing costs, I would expect better.

My partner and I read a lot of reviews before we purchase this ice maker. We are very happy. Its easy to clean and makes ice quickly. Plus the little nugget ice is just perfect for everything. Pro tip use it in your water pipe reservoir. A++

unit lasted roughly 4 months. ice making process was always kind of loud, it would make this loud POP sound. (you know that sound when something plastic gets bent a little too far and they springs back into position? that sound) well yesterday i came into the kitchen to get some ice. found the ice been nearly empty but with chunks of black plastic. yummers! cleaned it out. while doing so, it looked like fine metal powder/dust was in the big. along side more plastic. not exactly sure how long ive been eating plastic and possible metal, but in this day in age thats kinda normal. everything has micro plastics/metals in it due to manufacturing processies. not quite sure im ready to start ingesting macro plastics though.. oh well. returned, its on clearance and out of stock so couldnt get a new one. gonna go back to the equally junk GE Opal 2.0. (last one of those i had lasted 8 months)

This system works really well. It is functional and very user friendly. The instructions are written well and the unit itself runs well. It does not make too much noise and the ice is very comparable to 'the good stuff' that ice fans look for.

Yes, it is loud. Purchased 7/11/23 online. Delivered in the box it came in from the store. It started leaking water 8/31/23. Paid for the 4 year warranty. Will be taking it back for exchange or repair. The nuggets are great. Would be nice if they put some ice bags in with it, but hey..... I thought paying more for this product would mean the quality was better because we live so far away from Best Buy, but apparently not. Will advise how we are treated upon return of product.

Pros. Excellent price relative to GE Opal whichi replaced with this model. Ice quality not comparable to Opal. Both Opal and this model are fairly loud. I will turn off if watching TV as background grinding is annoying. Overall meets my needs and very fair price.

Overall good. The machine makes a good amount of ice but the way the ice is dispensed into the bin it piles up in the back and shuts off before the bin is full. It runs out of water quickly so expect to refill often. If it had a side tank it would greatly help.

I love my new portable nugget icemaker! It makes ice quickly, is convenient, easy to fill and clean. We use lots of ice in the summer and this icemaker keeps up with our needs.

Love the nugget ice.it is very quick to make ice. The machine does run consistently and for the first few days the ice would melt and it would leak out, but we found out that the ice light has to be on to keep it cold.
