So far love it. Has the smaller ice maker which was fine, but this one is producing ice faster, and a larger storage to keep the ice before needing it emptied. Also the small nugget ice is the best. Bought with deal of the day for a great price, and would recommend.

Got it for my wife as she likes the crushed ice from the local gas station. This does a great job and it's fun to have it at home.

I haven’t even had this ice maker for 1 year and it is extremely noisy, has stopped making ice and the design where you have to pull the drawer full of ice out to add water is not functional. The ice in drawer melts all over.

So far it is great. My wife loves the ice. She has always wanted one, but there are mixed reviews on the more expensive, well-known brand. BestBuy is usually good about warranty issues in case something breaks so I wanted to give it a shot. So far extremely happy.

This ice maker is incredible! it's very quiet but efficient, and a must-have for whenever you need a large amount of ice in a short period of time.

The ice is really soft and it does freeze good. I just don’t like the door. It pulls out so it makes it awkward getting ice out of it. I think it is over priced.

Followed the instructions to the T!! Everything was GREAT made a good amount of ice and quick!! Yea it was a little loud but not a deal breaker for me. Well, Life was grand till this morning when I refilled it to make ice and nothing happened. Unplugged it and set it to make ice left for a couple hours and nothing. No ice. Needless to say I will be returning to the store today. I won’t be exchanging for another one at this time. I don’t want to go through the hassle again. If you get one that works longer than 2 weeks you will love it as well!!

It works grate ice is good just doesn't hold enough ice

I bought this Ice maker February 2024. Cleaned it on a regular & it made great ice for 1.5 years. All of a sudden it stopped working & we were outside of the 1 yr warranty. Very upset as it costs over $300 to only last 1.5 years. I’ll never buy another one without an extended warranty.

Bought in December 2023 by May 10th 2024 it was making Louder than normal ( it's pretty Loud during ice making cycle) and started smelling a burning smell. So now we have to try to get it serviced. Not Good !! Prior to May it worked pretty well , easy to use , alittle bit of a pain to clean but still not too bad. Hopefully this is just a small fix and just a fluke.

This ice maker is perfect for making the light airy chewable ice. It makes ice within 10 minutes and runs relatively quiet. I love how the maker just continually recycles the melted ice to make more ice.

I’ve gone through several icemakers in my household due to high demand of ice. This one’s been working 24 hours a day, and it still makes a lot of ice highly recommend one of the best icemakers I’ve ever owned.

Unit ran for over a year then plastic parts starting breaking and depositing pieces in the ice. Out of warranty so we're out of luck!

This small ice maker is well worth the money. It makes the smaller ice like restaurants. I like the self clean mode as well. The blue led interior light gives it a great look in the kitchen at night.

I bought the older model lasted a year returned it to the store with the extended warranty I bought, and got another one had to return it within a year because it quit working. This time they did not carry that ice machine so I bought the newer version. It is very noisy and making noises like it is about to quit working as well. Not happy with this product!

I got this ice machine for my parents because the refrigerator stopped making ice. This has been a great purchase. It makes a great amount of ice consistently and the ice melts perfectly with any drink.

Awesome machine, no assembly required. Makes ice with 12 mins of filling up with water. Only downside the tray/ice bucket leaks due to what i think are drain holes. Nonetheless great choice!!!

Extremely loud, heavy, small leak underneath. Spend the extra $80 for the upgraded version.

This is my third ice maker purchase. This is by far the best one ever . Makes perfect ice and its not loud. Love having this ice.

Makes quite a bit of ice in a small amount of time. Nice, small pieces, and easy to take the drawer out to dump the ice into your freezer if you’re trying to make a lot of extra ice.
