Great little speaker set for the price! Just needed a little extra boom for occasional music and movies, fit the bill.

These speakers aren't bad for the price that's for sure. I could've spent more money and received better speakers however these work fine for me. They sound clear and the volume is ok. If you need speakers in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot of money these are the speakers for you.

This powerful little system sounds great for my laptop and desktop. Although, the subwoofer is small, it still takes up a little space. I love the blue light on the, On and Off knob, because, it reminds me to turn it, off and it's really pretty in the dark. The speakers are very lite and cheap, because, they fall over and off the table, so easily. Any type of movement, knocks them all around. As a matter of fact, the whole system is lite and cheap, but, what do you expect from a cheaply priced system? The good thing is, the speakers are attached to a long chord and won't hit the floor. The, "Boom and Base" in this guy, is Awesome! It sounds good and hits hard. It's not, like, an expensive system, so don't think it's going to give you a top notch quality sound, but, it's way better than the sound system that comes inside your laptop or desktop. The bad thing is, when I had a power outage in my house, I forgot to unplug the system and once the power came back on, the power surge killed my system and it no longer, worked. I love it so much, that I bought another one, with the, 1 or 2 year protection plan, through, Best Buy. I use my system on my laptop, on the kitchen table, as I cook and clean. I use my other one, on my desktop, when, I'm watching videos, cleaning, searching the web and editing, YouTube, videos. Gamers will love this system!

I was a little hesitant to purchase these because of the specifications being on the low-end side. I decided to pull the trigger though based on Insignia always creating solid products. I could not be happier. The quality of the sound is extremely surprising. They look great, sound great, and the price is great. Don't think about it anymore, if you are looking for computer speakers and don't want to spend 110 on the Klipsch speakers, which are the best set of speakers I have ever owned, then you NEED to buy these.

We got this item because my wife wanted a speaker setup for her docked laptop. We initially looked at the super cheap 2-speaker setups but for just a little more ended up getting this setup by Insignia. It was super easy to setup and my wife had music playing in no time. For me, the best feature is the extra aux input by the external volume controller. This allows me to plug in my ipod/iphone to listen to music in that room when my wife takes her laptop elsewhere.

When I play music it sounds great and loud especially with the subwoofer I reccomend it and it also sound great for movies.

These sound really good, even when turned up. They're sleek looking too. A great addition to your computer.

Great speakers from my work PC. Really good highs and the subwoofers sound nice. I like the sound dail that you control the volume by touch.

Bought this speaker set to use with a projector. Great bass sound and clarity. And for less than fifty bucks... Couldnt be more impressed!!

I was looking for computer speakers for a second desktop, used almost exclusively for the sorting, etc. of photos. Thus, I am not working on it all the time. I wanted to listen to music, but not pay much to do so. Think I paid $25 (after a $5) rewards certificate. They're not the equivalent of my Bose system, but way more than adequate. Sound reproduction is quite good and the sub-woofer a plus. Definitely met my need.

Insignia is normally a good brand when it comes to audio. I wanted not so big or not so expensive speakers for my office room. These speakers are good with extra vollum control that is convenient. Compared to many speakers today, this is kind of a mediocre one with regards to good quality sound. But hey, they are much more expensive that these.

Bought these speakers to increase the sound on a turntable. Great sound and good value.

Amazing sound and love the fact that is had aux input. The puck to control volume is very convenient as well.

It sounds amazing for being computer speakers. It's small enough to sit on the top of my desk; I use the subwoofer as a monitor stand.
