The Insignia speakers with powered subwoofer and wired remote are some of the best PC speakers I've ever heard, and for less than forty bucks, an awesome deal. I like to watch YouTube and Netflix on my PC, and having cheap, tinny speakers just ruins the experience. The Insignia speakers produce full, rich sound and sub base. Don't take my word for it, though. Go to your local Best Buy and ask for a demo. That's what I did and i was impressed!

Replaced 10 year old Logitechs that finally gave out. Insignia provides excellent sound quality and clarity (something I didn't realize we were missing with the old speakers), and easy to set up and use. We watch movies on the computer, listen to music...these are great for both.

Quality product at a good price. Good minds and highs and provides decent bass. Bass gets slightly distorted, but it has a control to reduce it. Good for laptop and Xbox. I have two in my house and they provide good listening experience in single rooms. Decent multi room listening. Has headphone jack as well. My only wish would be the length of the cordage was longer, but sufficient for a desktop setup.

I checked out all the computer speakers that Best Buy offered, at the store near me. Given the low cost of this system, plus sub-woofer, it was an easy decision. This product won't rival your home stereo, but for a computer, it's good. Sound is a little cleaner than the other choices, although not super-loud.

While there are certainly "better" and more high quality speakers on the market, most people don't need the studio level quality that brands such as Beats and Bose produce. The Insignia speakers and subwoofer combo is MORE than enough to fully surround my home or work office with sound. The sound is clear and crisp with a handy adjustable bass and volume controller. I would definitely recommend this product. For the price, you simply won't find a better deal.

great price and all the features that I was looking for. originally I went to purchase another product. but after listening to several systems I left with this Insignia system . I could not justify the price difference for the sound I herd from this system. very good bass and on desk volume/bass/head phone control and output. very nice. a little weak on the high end response but passable.For what I paid. great deal.

Have had these speakers for over a year now. They are literally starting to lose sound on the right speaker. I honestly had nothing negative to say other than they didn't last long. They just sit where they always have on my computer desk. The sound quality is great and for a budget speaker system with a sub, it doesn't get much better. Wish I would've purchased warranty for these as I do really like them. I game a ton on my computer and these have definitely been great for gaming. Sound quality is really good. I can hear approaching enemies, off distance combat, etc. Just kinda bummed they gave up after a year and a half of use. You'd expect a product like this to last longer. Especially since I would always keep the volume low as I'm on the top floor and don't want to disturb my family sleeping at night. Yeah, even on low, the sound quality was great. Now that right speaker just keeps going in and out. I honestly am writing this review because I was going to look into re ordering them but can't find the product page, although it did let me write a review. So if someone comes across this, know that someone in 2020 has these and they lasted a year and a half. Bought 5 days after Christmas in 2018.

Saw this in the store and it was a fantastic price. Insignia is an amazing brand and always have great prices. It's a very under rated brand. It's pretty much LG with a different name. Great speakers. Fantastic sound all around and has a cool silver and black look. Has a cool control knob for all sound controls.

Pleasantly surprised. In the past, I have used Logitech products for my desktops and laptops. When I read the reviews for this speaker and subwoofer set, I decided to give Insignia a try. This product was less expensive than my previous Logitechs and sounds much better. I would recommend this product in the future.

I love these speakers. They sound great! They also fit in the limited space I have available for them. On nice feature is that I can hide everything except the little silver control dial. (Has on/off switch, aux in port, and a headset out port) very handy speakers I had no idea how much I would love them.

Had a 8 year old version of this and this doesn't disappoint. Two noticeable changes, the volume control is all in one spot(the remote control pod) vs. the old version The volume was a rectangular pod and the bass volume control was on the subwoofer . Tthe sound is alot sharper. Watch Mad Max in the living with some friends and they where impressed with the sound quality

For the price, this little speaker is easy to setup and use. Sounds good!

Work well with our home desktop computer. Sleek and don't take up too much space. Subwoofer is small enough to hide under the desk and out of view while the desktop speakers and control unit sit well next to the monitor. Produces good sound for videos and movies.
