The tall ones like kontrol freeks is entirely too tall for my liking. Middle soze is perfect and has held up well for a few weeks of daily use

They help prevent stick drift and make the controller more comfortable. I have bought several controllers for my son due to him constantly breaking the joysticks but with these on it reduces the chance of that happening. Definitely recommend this product for kids!
