The ability to aim without pushing your stick all the way to the side is something not a lot think of but makes all the difference in game. It'll take some getting used to but once you get used to it you'll never go back.

One of the thumb grips is flush with the thumb stick and the other two are higher up. This allows me to change grips according to the type/style of game I am playing.
