Had one of these a while back and realized my wrist, arm and hand were aching from not having support for my wrist while using the keyboard. Definitely recommend. Great wrist support,helps with carpal tunnel

One important thing to note is that it is not a mouse pad itself, but a mouse pad support, that you can a mouse pad on top of and then use the wrist support from the product when you are navigating your mouse. Keeping that in mind, this product works as stayed and the wrist support is great for keyboard warriors like myself that have to do considerable work on our laptops!
