I have also downloaded a picture of the mouse pad from Best Buy's website to include as they are in encouraging me to add a picture.

It has worked well for me ... until a seam opened up and it started leaking a jelly like 'goo'. It no longer supports my wrist.

The gel is oozing past a seam moving forward. Insignia refused to honor the warranty. Normal wear and tear they said. The problem just keeps getting worse. Insignia lacks integrity and credibility. Don't buy.
