In order to adjust and also to put the stand away requires the use of tools as opposed to just being able to adjust by just turning the knobs. There are knobs but you will need to use the enclosed wrench to hold the jut to tighten the nut.

great budget/starter setup

Fairly simple to pack up as well to save on space, though you need to be careful when loosening the bottom frame with the pedals, as they can swing out and hit the ground quickly if you’re not careful.
