Now i can use of my old karaoke system that has been sitting in the cabinet since I changed TV in 2019.

This adapter was a great purchase because it helped to connect the game system to my new TV because it had nowhere to plug-in, red white and yellow prongs .

Have this hooked up to a NES, it works even though there was some trouble shooting but I believe that was more my fault than it’s.

I don't like giving negative reviews. This device has a major impedance mismatch, which causes signal reflections that turn up as ghosting on the TV. In the picture you can see the ghost of the menu to the right of the menu. Not only that, but the vertical bars you can see are the ghosts of the horizontal sync that is off the screen. Also, there is a periodic frame skip. I don't know how you map composite video (29.97fps / 59.94 fields per second) to 1080p (60jps), so I just observe that the problem is there. Why two stars? Well, it *does* work. It was also the only device I could buy in my city for any amount of money. Anything else must be mail ordered.

This product is not compatible with my old, 2010 Videosource speaker, of which I was trying to hook with my 2019 LG Smart TV. Despite reading instructions that came with the product and thus change my HDMI cord, yet no sound would come on. Therefore, I have to return this product.

This item works great! The device comes with a power cord and the box; the RCA and hdmi u need to have separate. The price is expensive (I paid 40 but normal is 60) but it is worth it. I tried a 12 dollar Amazon converter and it worked but the quality of the video was very bad (dark and blurry kind of). This looks amazing on my tv, it looks like the original game which is what you want. Don’t waste your time buying other types on Amazon or another store. Fork out the money for this one. Check out the photos I attached to see the box and what the screen quality looks like (battlefront 1 classic game footage used). I used this on my ps2 and it works great. Note that this is an RCA to hdmi, so it takes a console with the red and yellow and white cables and makes it run on ur tv via an hdmi cord. Once again, buy this model as it works well; don’t waste ur time with other converters.

We had some old VCRs hanging around and, of course, a whole bunch of VHS tapes. Problem is that our Samsung TV didn't have RCA plugs on it, so there was no way to play the tapes. This little goodie saved the day! Just connect the RCA plugs to the color coded receptacles; connect an HDMI cable on the other side to the TV; plug the transformer to the wall outlet and it works like a charm. Now we are thinking of purchasing another TV so we can use one to use solely for the VHS collection we have. I thought it might be a bit expensive, but compared to the cost of buying a new VCR or purchasing all the VHS titles over again as DVDs, the price was right.

This converter is easy to use and works great. I bought a new TV that doesn’t have RCA jacks. So, I needed a converter to allow me to connect my original XBox and PS2 to the TV. I run these two systems through a RCA switch and, with this converter, I was able to convert the output of the switch to HDMI to connect to the new TV. It was an EASY setup and everything is working great!

Picked this converter up so my friends and I could dust off the PS2 and play FFVII before the remake is released next year. There have been zero issues with the converter since I purchased it back in April. I have yet to try it out on any other RCA-only systems but it works as it should with the PS2. For those of you interested in purchasing a converter for your old video game systems, make sure you get this one: RCA to HDMI. The very similar HDMI to RCA doesn't work so make sure you have the right thing. The store I went to had HDMI to RCA in the RCA to HDMI slot. My friend noticed it and we had to dig clear all the way to the back to find the right item. I made sure the correct item in front for anyone else trying to find the same thing. My only gripe is that at $49, it is kind of expensive. The convenience of picking it up at the store over waiting to get it in the mail from an online retailer is nice though.

Didn't think it was possible in this age... I can watch the many (favorite) DVDs I have spent a lot of money on! Great picture. Hooked it up to HDMI4 jack and all I have to do to watch is select it and watch. Simple.

Not much to say here. if you have a legacy device like a VCR or old gaming system, this baby gives you the ability to hook it up to your new TV. The only downside, which isn't really a downside, is that it has to be plugged in. I only mention "downside" because I was low on power ports and didn't appreciate it that it required power when I bought it. But other than that minor minor quip, I'm very happy with it. It works well.
