    Works fine. We use it for an old Canon video-camcorder that my wife got more than a decade ago. It's going into a Sony XBR800x43G TV, where the only RCA input was already taken. It turns our that we didn't need the AC-5V/USB power supply, as our TV has a USB connector which can supply the 5V needed by this adapter. The power adapter does work, and we'll keep it around just in case we move this to another monitor without the 5V supply.
