This has far exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. This bright, but not too bright book light is perfect. It has 2 lighting modes and a clip. It comes with batteries and that is it. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because it was a pain to get the battery cover off to put them in. Other than that, it is great. It took me a while to find the book light without spending 25/30 dollars. And WOW it was worth the time spent to find it.

I bought my first one before hurricane Irma just in case. I used it when we lost power for 5 days. I only used it during the hurricane for cooking and personal care in the dark. The one battery that came with it lasted the whole time. Now its almost 15 months since then and it still lites up with original battery.. It has a clip on it so you hang it almost anywhere. The lite bulb part has a flexable cable thats seems pretty strong no problems , so i bought a second one for xmas presents.

Took it on a camping trip to use before bedtime. Lasted the whole trip, worked great. I used the lower setting and had plenty of light for my book.

I am a reader due to insomnia and I have had many reading lights in the past. Definitely like that you have 2 settings. Attaches easily to books.

Great product for the price. There are bigger brighter reading lights available but they cost more. This one is bright enough for my purposes and easy to use and store.

I was looking for a reading light that was long lasting and convenient this one does the job. Great for reading at home or on the go. Easy enough to pack in a purse or bag. Battery life seems to be great as well.

This tiny lamp gives you enough light you want. I have fixed this on my bed, and I often use this to read something while I am in bed. This doesn't bother your partner, beams are pointed to the object.

Book light has a good clamp to clamp onto your book may it be a hardback or paperback. Lamp is very bright and takes AAA battery which is very convenient. Great for traveling and or using at home.

The one thing I love about the product is you don’t have to worry about replacingvtjose small batteries! This one takes AAA, and the light is the perfect brightness with optional settings!

This is a nice, bright little light. We are using it on my kid's dream tent in his bed so that he can can have a small light at bed time to read. We like that it's light and very flexible.

This lamp is a no brainer. Easy to use. Very light and flexible. I use it for late night writing or even to give enough light when feeding our infant son in the middle of the night :)!

Does the job of providing a bright enough light for reading without disturbing anyone near you, like if you are in bed. It come with a built in clip on the base and can be clipped to a book jacket. It can also be used inside your vehicle as the lighting inside most cars and SUVs is standard yellow-in some cases not bright enough.

Light is lightweight and useful for small projects such as reading. Would not work for most crafts.

Not the brightest or most uniform light, but lightweight and with decent battery life.

I'm 75 years old and ave been a lover of books for over 60 years. if you love looks this is for you. Wish I had it in my world travels. No looking for special batters. You just replace an old AA with a new one. It is great.

Works very well and I've been using it nightly since I got it. The only reason I took a star is that the 2 light settings aren't very different in brightness, and the clip doesn't really hook on to books very well. I hold it in my had and read that way and just love it.
