It works ok. Sometimes the cork will not come out of the bottle.

Does not actually pull out the cork. The corkscrew only comes about halfway back up and then I had to struggled to get the cork out. A manual version is easier than fighting with this one.

Bought as xmas gift so waiting to hear from giftee

Poor quality no power to pull most corks. I returned it and got the better model, the Modal™ - Rechargeable Wine Opener Set - Stainless Steel which works much better and has more power.

I tried to use it. Got halfway through the cork and quit. Unfortunately I threw the box away so I’m just out the $$$

It can’t take a cork out period! Soon as it starts to pull the whole thing just quits. Take it off the cork, it works again. Wast of money!!

Terrible. Waste of money. I charged it, opened a bottle of wine and it barely opened it. Charged it again, and the same result. Disappointing.

It started out working fine and now it doesn't hold enough charge to uncork a bottle the whole way through.

Battery lasted like not even three bottles I got this for my mom and she told me it was not working and I was frustrated that it didn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!

Had no choice but to give this a one star rating. The product does not work. Need to figure out how to return it.

I get one open bottle for this opener starts slowing down and needing a charge. Buy something else.

I bought one of these for my wife. Once she got the concept of holding the button down until the cork came all of the way out and then holding the other button down until the cork dropped onto the floor, she was a believer. We have purchased at least 15 more of these as lovely parting gifts for family and friends. Every time Best Buy puts them on sale, I buy the maximum.

We have purchased a couple of this type of electric wine bottle opener and have liked the ones we purchased in the past, but the look and feel of this model bring it a solid notch above the others we have tried. It's slightly smaller which makes it easier to handle and the rubberized coating makes it comfortable in the hand. The fact that it comes in purple made it an easy choice, since that's my wife's preferred color.
