    Due to furniture placement, I don't have line-of-sight from my sofa to the cable box. This device let's me easily control the cable box while seated. I picked it due to having a table mount for the receiver and low cost. Only minor issue was the adhesive mount on the IR transmitter was too small and it didn't stay attached. Put some heavy-duty mounting tape on it and solved that problem.

    This is the simplest product to use. Plug it in, adjust the optics near the IR reader on the device, and well that''s it. No configurations needed. Simple pass-through device of the IR.

    This works great. I wanted to keep my new 4K/Blue ray and my cable box under the cabinet. The extender allowed me to do that.

    A good option is you have a lot of devices hidden in a solid cabinet that you need remotes to work for. Not a good choice if you only need to improve remote signal for one device - like if a soundbar is blocking your TV.

    Easy to install and has worked perfectly, allowing the IR remote to control the bluray player that is inside a cabinet. Can add up to 3 more devices to control. Excellent!

    The remote extender was a tremendous help to my father who is older and not able to get to around well. We were able to get his speakers off the ground to keep him from tripping.

    Had cabinets built and still had to put cable box outside of cabinet until we bought the remote extender. Now cable box is hidden inside cabinet and remote still works

    Unfortunately the eye does not totally turn off or turn on the TV and the cable at the same time. But the tech provided a work around for us - it works but not as it should

    We have our cable box in a built in so everything is hidden but we were having trouble getting the remote signal through the door. This device fix our problem and was super easy to install.

    We setup our TV and ran DVR/BluRay into another room...used the remote extender to control them. It’s awesome! Love having a ‘clean’ TV room...no unnessery boxes and TV stand!

    I was able to hide all of my audio/video devices by using this. I ran it inside the wall in combination with the Legrande in-wall kit. Everything hidden and all working well.
