This was very easy to install and it resolved all the issues I was having with opening and closing the cabinet door to change channels.

This was purchased to help an elderly person who was having trouble with “line of sight” infra-red on 3 components. All on, all off, was an issue and frustrating. This item was a suggestion from sales clerk (I didn’t know this existed) and once installed (easy install with no programming required) you just point remote to one item and everything comes on at once. No waiting The only problem is the sticky tape doesn’t stay where put... I needed to use regular tape. But this works like a charm!

hooked this up with my cable tv box and AV receiver. A little tricky finding the IR receiver spot on my boxes. But with trial and error got I going. My cable TV remote now operates the two devices with the cabinet doors close. Would prefer a RF remote but too expensive.

Hookup was tod. Had great results. Received signals every time . Without interruption.

works a champ to connect my pieces that are separated in a cabinet. the only thing that is not so good is the little sticky pieces to hold the senders dont stay attached - and they were put on brand new components, no dirt possible.

I plugged this in, put the emitter near my cable box, and the receiver outside the cabinet, and it works. I am using this at less than 10 feet, and it seems to work reliably even when remote is pointed away (reflection activates the sensor).

Everything was easy to hook up worked great. Just make sure if you hide your amp and other products that get hot in a closed cabinet that you do have ventilation, potentially a small fan.

The men were very good however they did not know how to hook up the movable Sonos speakers to the whole house. So we had to wait until Feb. 24th to get it all "put together" to work. The original date for it to be all installed (TV, speakers, sound bars, etc. as Dec. 22, 2020:(:(:( So we suggest that you let ur customers hold some of their money until the systems they buy are complete!!!!!! Also, leave room in their schedules to be able to return to complete the job THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR WITHIN 1 WEEK. This would enable the customer to use the products they paid upfront for! Ty and Sebastian are excellent.

I didn't even know what it was I needed but the guy that helped me knew exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. I had to put my DVR/cable box inside the cabinet b/c there is no room on top of the cabinet for it and my TV. So, how do I get it turned on???? Turns out this handle little device is the key :) It was so easy to set up I am shocked and so happy about my newfound skill set and language skills! Thanks Best Buy!

Needed a way to control a cable box behind a door. It was recommended that I buy the $300 remote, but the salesman at Best Buy said this would do it and it has worked perfectly. Just need a better way to attach it to the front of the cable box.
