Needed a remote an Insignia T.V. in a spare bedroom because I was expecting an overnight guest. Set up was easy. Put the batteries in, pointed it at the television and it came on. It doesn't just turn on the other Insignia televisions in my house but there is a code if I need them but those have remotes.

We needed a new remote for our Insignia TV after 10 years. Read previous reviews and this one came highly recommended. Went to local Best Buy and employee steered us to exact one made for our TV. Paid a bit more than a universal remote, but well worth it!

Bought it so I have a backup when grandkids come over. Just in case. Still in it's packaging. Haven't had to use it yet.

I think the buttons could be arranged better. It works very well.

This remote worked perfectly right out of the box. No set up was required, and we are very happy with the design, delivery, and ease of use. I am pleased with this purchase, it is simple, works as expected, and straightforward to operate.

It turned the tv right on we had lost the original remote and had programmed the cable remote to the new tv and forgot we lost the remote we Best Buy and they didn’t have it in stock. I found it online and bought it. It worked perfect.

If you got Insignia tv and can’t get a remote programmed to this works great!!! This remote worked first time. Tried another universal remote and couldn’t get it to work tv. Don’t waste your time just get this one if you have insignia tv!

I use the at&t cable remote about 99% of the time and have only used the original remote that came with the tv maybe 10 - 15 times in 5 years, yet it suddenly stopped working so I bought this replacement. The few times I needed to use this remote, it worked fine and I have no complaints.

My original remote for my TV stopped working. Some buttons worked fine, but others stopped or functioned sporadically. This replacement was as easy as opening the package, inserting the batteries, and pointing it at the TV. Just that simple!!

This has been a God send during Covid-19. I got a TV from my daughter but with no remote. We have lived together during this pandemic. Without a second TV, we might have been engaged in violence.

Works like a dream. My TV is an Insignia and the remote is a Insignia. This item is a replacement to a "compatible with Insignia" remote I purchased that wasn't "compatible" at all.

I purchased the remote for my sister in a nursing home, to replace one that was lost. It was so easy to set up--just point and click. It worked immediately. She is a senior, and she found it simple to use.

It's actually better than the Alexa remote. No problems with it and could turn the tv with it straight out of the package. I definitely recommend it!

I lost the original remote to the 2005 TV and needed it to set up the Roku and some other things. I finally decided to just buy a replacement. Because the TV was 15 years old, I was concerned I might still have a problem, but the remote worked right away and the family room now has a great working TV again!!

So far this insignia remote is working well. It’s light weight and did not have to program it. I would recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had my insignia TV since 2003. In the transition of my last move, the remote went missing. Ordered this, put batteries in, & we were good to go!

I gave my mom my tv after I purchased a new one. Living two and half hours away, this picking up his remote was a life saver. Very easy to use.
