||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my dog chewed up the original controller I was unable to find a universal remote that would allow me to access the menu to rescan for channels. (We use an antenna) Since the hound wasn't out of the chewing phase we went through about 9 of the cheap universal remotes and the channels slowly disappeared. I finally had to do something and the remote that the associate sold us worked flawlessly. It is now in a safe place and a cheap remote is the one I use everyday until I'm sure he's out of the puppy chewing phase.
