    My LG wouldn't go to the "home" and I couldnt maneuver between the TV, Netflix or DVR. What a Godsend this remote was. the staff were not helpful in diagnosing the problem so I figured I would just try a new remote before thinking it was the tv itself. It worked from the moment I put the batteries in. Thank God for LG having a replacement remote.
